In these positions, he led over $100M of development from start to finish and underwrote projects in all asset classes. Jake has since obtained his Ohio Real Estate License and in 2020, he transitioned to Address, Crawford Hoying’s residential sales agency. As a Real Estate Agent, Jake takes great pride in always putting his clients first; seeing the joy on their faces after purchasing their new home is what keeps him going. Jake holds both an MBA and BA from The Ohio State University and calls New Albany home with his wife, Stephanie, and son, Maverick.
